N&L ships either through USPS or UPS. You can select your shipping option at checkout. If the shipping schedule is interruped due to weather conditions, N&L is not responsible for the delayed shipment and there will be no shipping refunds or product refunds given as a result of weather delays out of our control. Shipping also includes a small handling charge. During the holidays a rush fee is also incorporated into all Rush shipping options which is an internal fee to bump the order to the front of the line and completed sooner than regular orders.
Out of Stock ItemsThe website will be changed daily to reflect items which are out of stock. There will usually be a estimated re-stocking date but you can always call us at 978.792.2555 to find out. Please note that if your item is out of stock and you choose to go ahead and place the order, you will be charged at the time of order for the ring. Since we process the orders by date of receipt, your order will processed in the order it was received.
Misc.All jewelry is .925 sterling silver. Rings are approximately 3 mm wide. Each item is stamped with the sterling silver mark of .925 and the Nelle & Lizzy logo.
If you have ever experienced allergies to silver, we do not recommend ordering our jewelry. Although they are .925 sterling silver we do not coat them with any non-allergenic coatings which are found on some silver jewelry.
Return PolicyAny jewelry that has customized stamping is not returnable. Since the majority of our products are customized we are unable to accept returns once the order is placed on any customized pieces. All other products must be returned in resellable condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. If items are damaged upon return, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and any credit issued will be adjusted accordingly. If you have a product that is not customized but that has been assembled or soldered according to your order, there is a restocking fee of 20% and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and the original shipping is not refundable. If you would like to exchange a necklace or bracelet for a different size, the price will be adjusted to reflect the change in length and a $2 charge per item that has to be moved to the new product.
If there is an error with your order and the error is on our part, once the jewelry is returned and the mistake is verified we are happy to send out a corrected item. The original piece must be returned to us in order for us to send out a replacement item. Simply include your receipt for return shipping in your package and we will refund that amount to the original credit card used to place the order if the error is found to be on our part.
