Firstly, Jim was great to deal with. He made the ordering process easy, assisting quickly and efficiently with all my questions about sizing and shipping. I even wanted to make a change at the last minute to one of my bands and I appreciated it very much that it was still possible.

I can't say enough good things anout you all.
Your customer service communication , products, efficiency are top notch. I have two products, the bracelet and interlocking rings, you re-sized the bracelet, repaired the rivet (because i never take it off like i should) and added a name to the bracelet for me!
